Do you find yourself stuck in repeating patterns that contribute to depression, anxiety, loneliness, anger, or difficulty building meaningful relationships? Psychotherapy offers a path forward. With courage and openness, you can begin a healing journey alongside a compassionate therapist. Along the way, you’ll gain deeper self-understanding, make more intentional choices, and move toward a life filled with greater joy and connection.
I am committed to fully understanding and empathizing with each client, thoughtfully tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs. Within the safety of a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship, individuals can begin to break free from persistent patterns, allowing space for healing and personal transformation. This process empowers them to thrive and embrace a more meaningful, fulfilling life with renewed hope.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary, which equips me to thoughtfully address the spiritual concerns that some clients may find meaningful in their healing process. My background includes clinical work at an Asian Community Mental Health Clinic in Los Angeles, serving as an Assistant Professor of Counseling Studies at the China Graduate School of Theology in Hong Kong, and founding and directing a Christian Counseling Center in Hong Kong.
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor based in Maryland, with an office located in Rockville. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate your needs. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I am here to walk alongside you and support you on your healing journey.
